Jun 17, 2026Beautiful hotel in Himare. The rooms were great, they have beach lounges and umbrellas that.you.can use all day. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The only down side is that the rooftop pool is quite small.

Oct 14, 2026The hotel was a very good five-star property with an excellent breakfast offering a nice variety of options. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with good facilities, although they were a little on the small side. The gym had modern, new equipment, but the selection was somewhat limited, with room for improvement in terms of variety. The sunbeds at the beach were comfortable and conveniently located, making it easy to relax and enjoy the seaside. However, one downside was the lack of sunbeds around the rooftop pool, which would have made the rooftop area more comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with good facilities, a great breakfast, and a few minor areas that could be improved.

Sep 21, 2025Our stay at Saint Nicolas was fantastic. Every staff member was thoughtful, helpful, and pleasant. Rooms are lovely, location was ideal, and the beach is only steps away from the hotel. Himare was of course wonderful, and Saint Nicolas only enhanced our enjoyment.

Jun 27, 2026The St Nicholas is hands down one of the best hotels/resorts I have ever stayed in. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay in Himare was delightful. The front desk staff were wonderful, booking excursions, recommending restaurants, and anticipating every need. The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious with a huge variety of hot items, local delicacies, baked goods, fresh fruit and high end coffees. The rooftop pool and restaurant provided an exquisite view. The room was large with two balconies and a dreamy bed. The bathroom was huge with a large tub, separate shower and double vanity. We were sad to leave but look forward to returning again soon.

Great location!
The staff are very nice and helpful!
The hotel has a nice small gym, saunas, rooftop bar (great music on weekend evenings with a DJ) that also has a pool, free for use. Sunbeds on the beach, free for use.

May 9, 2026The room and location were great. I would recommend staying here, however with this being a new hotel it's still having some teething problems.

Apr 27, 2026This is a new hotel. It was a great two night stay. Since the hotel is around a year old, there are some fit and finish issues that need to still be addressed. For example, several floors had small lips or height changes when transitioning from one section to another, and the roof top area is still under construction, but staff let us know and supplied other value add services to make up for it. The gym was good as well. Breakie was included. We would recommend this hotel.

Apr 22, 2026Although previous reviews have talked about the pool and rooftop bar, the hotel seems to be undergoing a total renovation. There is no more pool or bar, and they are literally still building the rooms on the top floor. Breakfast was only available at the hotel on my second day; the first day I was sent to a restaurant about five minutes away. Although I left a do not disturb sign on my door, someone knocked repeatedly and demanded to come in and check that I had not taken anything from the mini bar. No one came to clean my room, or even to replace the bottle of water that I was given when I checked in. This place is not ready for primetime.
