Holiday Inn Express Colchester by IHG
"Clean room, helpful staff and decent breakfast. Easy to find and pretty close to Colchester zoo"
Chudleigh Hotel
"Went to Clacton on Sea to visit family and stayed one night at this lovely hotel. The owners were unbelievably friendly and have been in business since 1963. I’ve never seen such a beautiful clean bathroom and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. The breakfast was included and was unbelievable homemade with such an incredible amount of items to choose from and delicious. Apparently the owner cooks it up himself. . I parked right outside the door, which was amazing and very safe and secure as you have your own key to get in at night two doors in the front— the room was spotless. There were some nice touches also. Very nice bath gel.. a very, very hot shower if you wanted it. Water in the fridge even a welcome chocolate bar.. do not hesitate to stay here if you are in town. I will definitely be visiting again.!"
