Sep 30, 2026I felt very comfortable about my stay. The highway in front of the motel was under construction, and that was my only concern!!!

Sep 6, 2026I was traveling through town and decided to check in for the weekend. The room was clean and I was able to catch up on much needed sleep. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance was a plus. I was pleased with the stay.

Jun 14, 2026Great place to stay, and close by Spider Mountain. Quiet place and it was very clean. The food at the Mexican restaurant is great, and in the same parking lot. No need to drive anywhere. I will be staying here each time I go.

Apr 20, 2026This was a great motel, newly remodeled, very clean, friendly staff, and it was near everything. Restaurants nearby were good, a park nearby to walk, retail stores if needed. I would recommend this place and we will definitely stay there again.

Jul 29, 2026This is an older property and so it does show its age. However, it was very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and the restaurant next door was very good and inexpensive. Being an older property, there really were not any extras, but the value was excellent and host was very friendly. Worth the price.

Dec 2, 2025We had a wonderful stay at the inn. The room was incredibly clean, and we loved that the location felt so peacefully away from traffic while still being convenient. The added bonuses of private parking and a surprisingly large shower really elevated the experience. Highly recommend for a restful getaway!

Mar 4, 2026Check in was super quick, the employee was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bathroom was clean, there were no weird smells. It was quiet and safe. It's perfect if you just need a basic room for a few nights. I thought the location was great as it's really close to a few good restaurants!

May 14, 2026A large room that had been renovated. Ample space, with lots of storage. The bathroom was also clean and renovated. There is a covered parking space for each room, which was nice to have.
Would be nice if there was a coffee maker in the room. All told, I would stay there again.

May 17, 2026Loved our stay, Cute Vintage Motel, loved the updated room, Super clean and had the most comfortable bed. Check in was a breeze having booked with Hotel.Com, Great and friendly clerk. He recommended Fratelli Pizza which was so good! The key with vintage tag was a great touch. The cost was great and actually less than some of the abnb’s we checked out. We highly recommend La Vista Motel in Burnet, Tx

Feb 23, 2026A Great Stay for Riders (and Everyone Else!)
I recently stayed at the La Vista Motel in Burnet, and it was a fantastic experience. If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and high-value spot in the Hill Country, this is it.
The room was spotless, and you can tell they take pride in maintaining the property. The outside area was also very well-kept and tidy.
I was pleasantly surprised by the remodeled bathroom—it felt fresh and modern, which isn't always a given at this price point.
For those of us traveling by motorcycle, the covered parking is a huge plus. Plenty of room for at least 6 bikes. It’s also perfectly situated near plenty of food options and a drug store (Walgreens is right nearby), so I didn't have to go far for anything I needed.
The customer service was truly excellent. I had a bit of a mishap with my reserved room initially, but the staff went above and beyond. They immediately started working on finding me another option and ultimately made space for me at my original reservation. Their effort to make it right was impressive.
For the price, you really can’t beat the value for the dollar here.
Since I was traveling on my motorcycle, the only thing that would have made the stay perfect would be a few hangers in the room. Having a place to properly hang up heavy motorcycle gear would be a great addition for future travelers!
I’d definitely stay here again. Great service, clean rooms, and rider friendly
