O hotel é muito funcional! Tudo limpo e novo … mas, não gostei do Check in! Chato, ser tudo on Line! Muito frio e eu do lado de fora tentando entrar!!! Não chegou nada pelo WhatsApp ou e-mail sobre o nosso Check in! Deveria ter pelo menos uma ante-sala pra fazermos esses trâmites!! Não em pé no frio… ainda bem que não estava chovendo!!!!

no pude disfrutar de la estancia ya que intente anularlo por problemas de salud y fue imposible su anulacion desde la pagina de hoteles.com y desde xcover. com el cual solo te marean y no consigues nada.. el hotel no tiene la culpa de nada , pero la pagina de contratacion es pesima, no volvere a reservar mas desde aqui.

Hotel moderno y con check-in online. Buena relación calidad- precio. Por otro lado no pudimos desayunar allí puesto que la cafetería estaba cerrada y Avila queda alejada del hotel. Había mal olor en el cuarto de baño que salía de un desagüe del suelo.
