Nice, clean property but the walls between the rooms were very thin and could hear others outside an in other rooms. The breakfast was a nice addition. Staff were very nice and helpful.

The hotel itself 5/5.... Food not so good at the restaurant which I feel like the pictures looked deceiving. The room, the workers were very nice. Very clean. Super comfortable beds

Wonderful location and walking distance to all the main attractions in Town. Staff is friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast is traditional Mexican cuisine and super tasty. Laundry service on site is convenient. Parking is near by with valet service.

The hotel is located within convenient walking distance to the city center where much activity occurs, but far enough to preclude celebratory noise, especially during Dia de Los Muertos. Staff were helpful, thorough and friendly. The accommodations were clean, nicely decorated and modern while keeping a traditional Mexican feel. Breakfast wait staff were efficient and friendly and the menu provided many options.

We only stayed 2 days in SMA. The hotel is convenient located. We had a Junior Suite - well it was a King room with a tiny bathroom. Breakfast was okay just a bit late for us. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Hotel was excellent, very clean and comfortable.
Only thing was their was some people staying downstairs and used the patio area that was next to my room and she has a very load voice I was trying to get some rest and she was having a full on conversation with someone else she was very load and noisy I couldn’t rest. But other that hotel was good.
