This was a unique small boutique hotel that had everything I needed... clean, comfortable, coffee and water in room, grab and go breakfast items with choices, a coffee bar, and located in a walkable safe area. Highly recommend!

Our first visit to this boutique hotel, was pretty new and therefore clean and fresh. The staff was very accommodating and responsive. The rooms are good size, beds comfortable with all necessities. The location is great, lots of restaurants and 3 blocks to Parque Chapultepec, safe area and we will definitely return here on our next trip to CdMx.

Lamartine Boutique Hotel is simply beautiful. The décor is stylish and carefully designed, creating an elegant yet cozy atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, I felt I was in a very special place.
I especially want to highlight the kindness of Jorge and the entire staff: always attentive, welcoming, and ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. You can really tell they love what they do and that service is their top priority.
I had an excellent time—everything was perfect: spotless facilities, a charming ambiance, and a wonderful team. I would definitely love to come back!

The hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating, however, they were fixing plumbing issues while we were there, which created a huge inconvenience to our first day. We didn’t have running water for several hours. Another complaint is the toilet seat was a little broken and wouldn’t stay up. I also don’t know where the spa was located. We never saw one.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights on November 6-10th, 2025. The hotel is small, but intimate. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. The location is excellent in the Polanco area. You can walk or Uber to many of the points of interests or excellent restaurants in the area. The staff is very excellent and attentive. There was street noise from our room, but the staff provided me some ear plugs to help with my light sleeping. They provide a light breakfast every morning. The room we stayed in had a King size bed that was very comfortable. The room was modern contemporary with a minimalist design. It was very well thought out design! The air conditioning worked really well. If you need any supplies, just ask the staff and they will respond to your request immediately. They provide a safe for your personal belongings. There was a small fridge to keep your water or food cool. We asked the staff for restaurant recommendations in the area and they gave us some good restaurants (La Casa del Pastor) for tacos. Porfirio’s is across the street, on the corner. All and all it was a great stay. If you’re looking for a small, modern boutique hotel in the heart of Polanco at an affordable price (compared to the other Polanco hotels in the area) you won’t be disappointed. It was a pleasant surprise for us. 😎

El personal amable, pero básico. La habitación limpia, con decoración minimalista y nueva, pero no había papel sanitario al llegar, y me di cuenta de que el piso no estaba tan limpio, tanto la alfombra alrededor de la cama como el piso del baño los percibí sucios. Pero lo peor fue que el agua de la regadera salía 3 minutos helada y 3 minutos hirviendo, no hubo forma de templarla y lo peor que al bajar y comentar el punto, me dijeron que ya sabían… pero no habían hecho nada por arreglarlo!!!

Hotel pequeno, o quarto é excelente, a cama maravilhosa e a smartv era ótima e com todos os streamings. Um ponto negativo foi o chuveiro, que em 3 min a agua esfriava e demorava uns 30 segundos para voltar a esquentar. O outro ponto negativo era o café da manhã, esqueça que aquilo não é café da manhã, não para mim pelo menos. Ponto muito positivo: localizacão.

Instalaciones modernas, buena decoración y trato de personal adecuado.
La limpieza en la habitación no es del todo buena, habia pedazo de chocolate y cabellos aún después del aseo. Una botella de refresco abierta en el refrigerador cuando llegamos a la habitación. Y deberian de arreglar el clntrol de temperatura de regafera ya que calienta poco tiempo y comienza a salir fria el agua, lo cual no es cómodo.
