Jul 15, 2026The location is excellent—very close to the port, train station, and grocery stores. Cleanliness could be improved, as I found hair on the bed and in the bathroom. I had also an issue with the payment and was charged twice. Unfortunately, I did not receive a satisfactory explanation by the manager regarding this problem (waiting for the refund). Despite these issues, the reception staff were very helpful, friendly, and did their best to assist.
