Jul 28, 2025The breakfast times were not convenient, and the lobby is not great if you are with a group that would like to hang out. They often had any lobby area closed. The room was clean, but very bare. Depending on what activities you are looking for, the location was convenient. Great if you are headed to the Braehead arena.

Jun 24, 2026Very conveniently located to Loch Lomond & the highlands. The staff (Alistair, Faith, & George, to name a few) were professional, friendly, and accommodating. The dining room was bright & neat & clean. The food was very nice and there was a wide variety to choose from for dinner.
This is an older hotel, but everything worked. The soundproofing was excellent! Could not hear the motorway or people in adjacent rooms or in the hallway, even though the hotel was full.

They tried to refuse service, even though their stated opening hours were for more than an hour after we arrived, and they kept giving us dirty looks through the open kitchen hatch. Front of house was excellent. The issue was the kitchen staff.

Endroit calme avec grand parking
Attention à votre arrivée, les références expedia ne fonctionnent pas pour récupérer la carte, il faut qu il y ait quelqu'un de présent
