Our room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym was stripped bare, which was a surprise, and a shame. The breakfast was excellent and we’d consider booking again just for that. The sound proofing wasn’t great between rooms, which is the main reason I’m giving 4 stars overall. Also, there is an issue with the keycard holders in the rooms that need fixing.
