The bedrooms (we rented several rooms) are nothing like the photos. They are dated, the metal night tables and bathroom sink stands are all rusty, plumbing is not working properly, no manager on staff to receive your concerns, and the air is musty (moldy). One of the rooms didn’t have a floor of any kind just the cement. This is not artsy it is dated and it’s hard to believe it is listed as a 4 star.

A dive in Mantova tradition
Everything went perfect, the Hotel is a very modern, stylish and surprising way to stay in this wonderful area. We've had an excellent dinner with typical Mantova food, like the "pinsa con culaccia" and a great wine selection. Follow the suggestions given by Aldo.. Breakfast also was stunning with home made "crostata" and other sweets, but also the savory food was excellent. We will stay there for sure again.

Booked a "superior " room, really couldn't see anything "superior " about it The bedroom floor was gray painted polished concrete, bed wasnt comfortable and sparsely furnished, to me the hotel looks like an industrial unit converted into accommodation units.

Modern arts museum in your bedroom, S.Dali vibes
Big applause to man working at the restaurant during breakfast (big guy with the beard is really really wonderful, very polite, super attentive, we have felt like in a-la-carte type restaurant). You should treat well such an employee. Hotel itself is super stylish. Modern arts everywhere. Every room is different, every floor is different. If you like Salvador Dali or Gaudi, this is your place.

Overall really great but let down by the blind!
Overall the hotel was really great! The Staff were friendly and spoke great English. The issue I had was that the blind on the window left a huge gap when closed (one side was broken). I reported this, they attempted to fix it but it didn't work. When I reported it again, they didn't come and look and when I asked to move they were fully booked and couldn't move me. The window was directly opposite a wall length mirror so the sun shining in at 5am was waking me up! I plugged it with some socks but it was not ideal! A shame really as otherwise this hotel is in a great location - 15 mins to Lake Garda and ~30 mins from Verona.
