Sim o apto mto bom, com todos os utensílios necessários, só um ponto a se levar em consideração na verdade 2 pontos, o 1° as roupas de cama e banho um tanto quanto surradas o lençol de casal estava poido de tão usado e com certo odor de cabeça q não se lava os travesseiros, mas as coberta estavam limpas e com cheiros melhores e o 2° mas não menos importante uma vassoura, lá venta bastante e querendo ou não levamos terras nos sapatos. A vista incrível, banho sensacional na próxima vez quero pegar com a cama queen cama casal não é para mim e meu marido que somos maiores rsrs. Mas voltaremos com certeza e já estamos indicando para amigos localização maravilhosa a 8 min do aeroporto e 1/2 quadra da praia de Itapuã que dá p ir para outras praia tranquilamente. Mini mercado e lavanderia, academia completa, piscina c vista maravilhosa, não deu tempo de usar por isso voltaremos logo rsrs

Achei excelente a acomodação e o prédio, que conta com piscina no terraço e uma boa academia. Os funcionários do condomínio foram receptivos e educados durante toda a estadia.
A localização é um ponto positivo: próxima a ótimas praias, como Stella Maris e Flamengo, além de supermercado nas redondezas.
O apartamento é bem equipado, com itens básicos novos e em bom estado.
Como ressalva, o estúdio é um pouco pequeno para quatro adultos, mas, no nosso caso, isso não chegou a ser um problema.
A reserva foi feita pelo Hoteis.com, e o primeiro contato ocorreu por meio da agência Seazone, que repassou as regras básicas e informou que a anfitriã entraria em contato até 48 horas antes do check-in, o que ocorreu conforme combinado. Não houve contato presencial com a anfitriã Roberta, mas sempre que precisei esclarecer alguma dúvida, fui prontamente atendido via WhatsApp. Ela também indicou restaurantes nas proximidades.
De modo geral, considerei a experiência excelente e recomendo a hospedagem.
