The room was clean but smelled musty. The smoke alarm went off in my room because the bathroom door wasn’t closed all the way and the steam caused an issue. No amenities at all but property was extremely quiet.

My stay was very pleasant. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and surprisingly quiet during the night. I LOVED the coffee which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, there are few choices in Gardner, but this was a good choice at a very reasonable price.

The place was dirty with stained carpets. The room had poor lighting, no closet, no place to set your bags down, and smelled like pot. They did have coffee and hot water for tea in the lobby.

Worst motel we have ever stayed in, floor was dirty, had to wear socks or shoes all the time. People were coming in and out all not long, talking in the hallway and slamming doors. Had the fire alarm go off at 230 in the morning, drunk lady or high not sure which decided to make popcorn and burned it. was not a good night. Fire department had to come and shut off the alarm. Our TV didn't work, had to have maintenance come and they had to replace the TV.

I reserved the king room online. Once we checked in we were given a double bed room. The receptionist stated that the king room he had he was holding for someone with a dog if they come in. If they did not have it available they should not advertise it. Very minimal amenities.

Pleasant surprise after reading poor reviews prior to booking. Room was clean. It was a quiet the 2 nights I was there. Seems that the Inn was recently renovated. Staff was courteous. Inn was 5 to 10 minutes away from restaurants. And nearby Fitchburg.

Staff was friendly, anxious to help, and readily available. Lots of shops-eateries, gas stations, grocery, and others nearby. The price was outstanding and fulfilled my needs for 4 days and 3 nights. Very quiet and the parking was not visible from the road. Very easy access back to the highway.
