Pleasant surprise after reading poor reviews prior to booking. Room was clean. It was a quiet the 2 nights I was there. Seems that the Inn was recently renovated. Staff was courteous. Inn was 5 to 10 minutes away from restaurants. And nearby Fitchburg.

The room was clean but smelled musty. The smoke alarm went off in my room because the bathroom door wasn’t closed all the way and the steam caused an issue. No amenities at all but property was extremely quiet.

Not a bad place! We weren’t there very much only to sleep at night and we were gone all day since we were in from out of town visiting family. Stayed for 2 days. The bed was comfy. We took our own pillows and blankets. Lots of water pressure. There was a hairdryer in our room, some shampoos & conditioners. Parking was good. The office is & entrance are in the back of the building. Lots of places around to eat at. Dunkin is across the street. The hotel has coffee and teas in the lobby. Our curtains could have used cleaning. Overall everything was good! You get what you pay for! Always remember that. It was a busy October weekend in Boston and rooms were either booked or way overpriced so we went with this one and it met our needs perfectly. We weren’t in room 113 on bottom floor. There were no elevators and no breakfast. We didn’t expect to have breakfast though. I read the reviews ahead of time.

Hotel was nice, good location. Biggest problem is that they don't tell u they charge u 2x plus. There is a charge for being at the property and over $100 in taxes. Then for the room with another $80 in taxes. Parking is $69/ night. (Of course taxed). They have a nice handicap parking area. Very few carts for # of rooms. We were packing 1 and they took the cart with things on it without even knocking!

Staff was friendly, anxious to help, and readily available. Lots of shops-eateries, gas stations, grocery, and others nearby. The price was outstanding and fulfilled my needs for 4 days and 3 nights. Very quiet and the parking was not visible from the road. Very easy access back to the highway.

Lobby, such as it is, tiny & functional. Front Desk personnel polite and tried to be helpful, barely spoke English, so challenges in communication. Did not see any "amenities". Carpets in hallways & stairway FILTHY and stained. Room itself was clean, basic, adequate for a one night stay. Quiet and dark at night, comfortable bed. All in all, one and done, will not stay here again.
