a great stay for something simple, clean, and near the beaches but not on top of them. the entire hotel was extremely clean and breakfast was great, tons of options. the room itself was spacious and i love that there’s basically a fully stocked kitchen besides an oven. staff also was very kind! all in all it was a great stay!

Entire staff from front desk to staff working breakfast area very friendly. Breakfast was good choice of hot and cold. Not sure coffee brand, but very good. Hotel was continously being cleaned. Nice outdoor courtyard. Rooms are a nice size with complete kitchen area. Comfortable beds. Would stay again without hesitation. Dove products in the bathroom - lotion, soap, shampoo and conditioner and hair dryer.

The bed and couch were extremely comfortable. It felt as if you were sleeping on a board. Kids were running up and down the hallway and when the front staff were notified, we were informed that the front staff needed to witness it before they could do anything however we were on the 3rd floor so the front staff were not helpful. The complimentary breakfast was horrible. The oatmeal was full of some sort of liquid and there were flies surrounding all of the open bagels, finger foods as none were individually wrapped.

As soon as I entered the room, I did a general check, as usual. The room was spacious, but it's inconceivable that a hotel just built in 2026 (opened two months before our arrival) still has carpet in the rooms. Both trash cans were full, one in the bathroom and one under the kitchen sink, so they forgot to empty them. Which was quite disgusting, because the bathroom trash can contained used women's sanitary pads (we were both men). In the shower, there was some dirt along the edges (poor cleaning), which meant the beginning of mold growth. Also in the shower, there was a soap shelf with a round ring, which was strange because the shampoo and shower gel dispensers were fixed to the wall. The shower head was small and the water pressure was low. There was a long hair in the bathroom sink, and both my friend and I have almost shaved heads. Good pillow selection, but the bed wasn't very comfortable, especially since it didn't have a topper. The air conditioning was so loud that it compromised sleep at night, so either you couldn't sleep because of the noise, or you couldn't sleep because you turned it off and it was hot. This is unacceptable for a new hotel. The breakfast room is small, and even 5-6 people in there can create a lot of congestion. The breakfast was decent, but the same as other hotels that cost three times less. All in all, it's not a good value; $200 a night during low season is a lot for what it offers. I don't think I'd return.

Este ha sido el mejor hotel que me hospedado en los últimos años. La suite es espectacular. 1 habitación privada con sala y sofá cama y una cocina súper completa hasta con nevera tamaño normal y lava vajillas. El baño súper amplio y cómodo. Lo mejor el hotel nuevo. Impecable. Cuidaron cada detalle en la infraestructura y materiales de decoración y acabados. El área de piscina está tan bonito que durante 2 noches no salimos a pasear la ciudad. Nos quedamos a la luz de la luna. Estuvo genial la hora feliz. En las tardes de 7-7 pm Bebidas y snack gratis. El señor Carlos del bar nos atendió como reyes. Que amables también las chicas de limpieza. Le pedí toallas y en solo 2 minutos me llevaron. La gerente se acercó a preguntarme si todo estaba bien. El otro punto positivo fue el desayuno wow que gran variedad y el servicio en platos y vajilla de vidrio y finos cubiertos, hacía sentir en que estábamos en un hotel 5*. Lo único que de verdad no daría la mayor puntuación fue a las Sras de recepción. Nos atendió al llegar una señora mayor que no fue lo más cordial y luego estuvo otra sra tampoco amena ya que ni un saludo amigable nos dio más bien bastante seria, eso resto todo lo excelente del hotel. Pero todo lo demás superó las expectativas
