The is the cleanest hotel I've seen. And the studio having a little kitchenette is so great so you can prepare your own meals sometimes. The staff is extraordinary. If you are staying the the Auburn area, stay here. You won't regret it

Room was clean, simple, safe and welcoming. We would stay here again. Seemed a little overpriced and fees went beyond what we were supposed to pay. But a nice place to stay.

Room was very clean and quiet. Everything worked perfectly. We used the pull-out couch bed for the kids which was stain free and clean and had all the bedding needed included in the bag. We requested an extra blanket for the couch bed and staff brought up two which was great. Zero complaints. We have had bad experiences lately with some hotels but this one reminded us that there are nice places still. 10/10

The hotel room and property were just like all the other Elements I stayed. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff. No issues there. I choose Element when possible for breakfast (most others are horrible). This one in particular is the absolute worst. The “cook” was late opening both days I was there. Breakfast consisted of a self-serve plate of bacon and a plate of microwaved mini scrambled egg muffins. If you’re on a schedule, forget this place, save yourself the stress and disappointment.

If you’re staying in Opelika Alabama a few days please try this property it’s amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. I made mention that it was my wife’s birthday and upon leaving they gave her a birthday card. You don’t see this type of customer service anymore. I can say you will find great customer service at this property. Already planning another visit to the area.

First visit, excellent customer service. The shower didn’t get hot, however, that’s not a game changer. I will be returning.

Had no hot water at all for a shower. The water was ice cold . All the front desk said was sorry. Literally, that is all she said.

Breakfast was not the best. We stayed for three nights and they did not clean our room, we had to ask them to remove the trash. The housekeepers spoke no English and we had to communicate with them through our phone translator, which really didn’t help. When we got there, a lot of people were waiting to check in because the rooms were not ready. So we all had to wait.
