Hinta-laatusuhteeltaan erinomainen, sisätiloiltaan hiljainen majapaikka upealla näköalalla. Alue ruuhkainen areenan tapahtumien aikaan ja hieman ”kryptinen”, vaati etsimistä löytää talon sisäänkäynti. Kohde oli erittäin lapsiystävällinen: käytettävissä oli matkasänky ja syöttötuoli, ja vaunut mahtuivat asunnon eteiseen. Pesukoneen päällä olisi jopa voinut vaihtaa vauvan vaipan! Korkean talon toinen hissi oli rikki, ja hissiä joutui välillä odottamaan aika kauan. Ilmeisesti talossa majoittui lätkäturisteja, joten hissitrafiikkia oli paljon. Miinusta mikron puutteesta – olisi useimmiten tärkeämpi kuin uuni.
