Minha estadia foi, em muitos aspectos, bastante agradável. O atendimento da equipe foi excelente, sempre atencioso e cordial, e o café da manhã merece destaque pela qualidade e variedade.
No entanto, fiquei um pouco decepcionada com o quarto anunciado como vista para a montanha. Apesar da proposta, o quarto é voltado para a rua, o que compromete tanto a vista, prejudicada por postes e fiação no campo visual, quanto a privacidade, especialmente na sacada onde se encontram a piscina/banheira, que acaba ficando totalmente exposta.
Além disso, a acústica do quarto não é satisfatória: é possível ouvir com clareza o barulho da rua, das pessoas que passam, bem como os sons vindos da recepção do hotel, o que impacta o conforto e o descanso.
De modo geral, a experiência foi positiva, mas esse ponto específico poderia ser revisto para alinhar melhor a expectativa criada com a entrega efetiva do quarto.

Tivemos uma experiência excelente na pousada! Desde a chegada, fomos muito bem recebidos, com um atendimento atencioso e cordial, sempre prontos para ajudar. A estrutura é ótima: piscina muito bem cuidada, agradável para relaxar, tudo organizado e limpo.
O quarto é confortável, bem arrumado e transmite aquela sensação gostosa de descanso. O café da manhã merece destaque: variado, delicioso e preparado com muito capricho.
Com certeza é um lugar que recomendamos e onde voltaríamos sem pensar duas vezes. Parabéns a toda a equipe pelo cuidado e dedicação!
