One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Excellent location, comfortable and clean rooms, and very attentive service. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and the overall atmosphere made the stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Superb location, spacious room with complimentary mini bar, ample choices for breakfast. The option to have Chef Wan breakfast set in the room is great when one is tired of the buffet breakfast. Tokens received from the hotel can be used for snacks, ice creams, drinks, souvenirs, we loved it. Good value stay, we would like to come back.

Excellent overall, complimentary snacks and drinks, free tokens to redeems goods at shops and food at the restaurant put this hotel apart from others. Only bad thing i have to comment was the housekeeping - missing to refill the bath bomb one night and the door was not closed completely after housekeeping, anyone without key could get in.
