The room was clean... The service was amazing.. I had a last minute room accommodation and they accommodated me with such care. The check-in and Out process was extremely easily and all staff was polite. I will be staying again!!

I did not stay at the hotel. I wrote a review with the same information. The staff said they could not rent without giving me a reason. I asked the days & times if she had any proper documentation as to why they could not rent to me. But she couldnt provide any info regarding this visit either.

I checked the internet speed before booking this hotel because I had important work to do at night. The website stated that the internet speed was 100 Mbps, but the actual speed was extremely slow, around 0.60 Mbps, which made it impossible for me to do my work.
In addition, a large amount of water was leaking from the ceiling while the guest upstairs was taking a shower.
I have never experienced something like this at a hotel before. This stay was very disappointing. I need a refund.

Room infested with bed bugs. Was bitten. Then promised I would be refunded for my room. And wasn't refunded. Certainly not a hotel I will be staying in ever again.

The staff was wonderful. The room not so much the bedside lamps did not work with they were not plugged in we did look to try to plug them in but were unable to locate where the cords went or the outlets. The wall chargers were very loose and phone chargers would not stay in the outlets. There were no towels in the bath room and no actual blanket on the bed just the sheet and a decorative cover that was to small for the bed.

The room was decent. But it worn. The towel rack keep falling off the wall. It was a little dusty and and had a light smell of cigarettes. But there was plenty of space. I would stay there again.

Served the purpose of a place to sleep. That's about it. Lots of unpainted wall repair patches. TV didn't work. Filthy windows. Cheap as far as hotels go but you get what you pay for.

Very rundown and dingy. Faucets and shower head was loose and felt like they would fall off/out when touched. Towels were very stained and didn't smell clean.
I will never stay there again or recommend this place to anyone!

Arrived and didn't have enough for security deposit and was told couldn't stay there which left me high and dry for trying to get a room at a different hotel for the night this was on the night before Thanksgiving and due to this I've had to say this will be my second night out in the desert because they took the money for the booking and this was neither a change or anything so didn't get room awaiting full refund for booking... Never should have been taken from my card from the first place since I was denied a room.... Again the day before Thanksgiving and thanksgiving get to sleep in my truck in desert. There is more to this but not worth the time noting as I've wasted too much time typing this now. Awaiting full refund as was told by the clerk who said I can't stay.

The front desk staff was top notch, very knowledgeable and personable. Arrived late and she allowed me into the office vs staying outside to check in.The location was super convenient being right off the highway. The biggest negative was the operation of the ac/heater unit. Was unable to successfully operate. User error? Hope this helps.
