Everything was perfect from beginning to the end! The staff was super friendly, the views are amazing and I’ll definitely be back. They offer a water taxi that to is you in between both islands and it’s included with your stay. Overall 10/10⭐️

New hotel (opened in November 2025), with currently pristine facilities.
Rooms were clean, well appointed, and fresh. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
Not busy at all but I suspect that this will change once more people find out about it (it’s nicer in person than it looks online).
Note that you either have to take a 10 minute taxi boat to Zenses and Blu Zen (resorts on the north island) from the main Caye Caulker town or can borrow hotel bikes to take the short trip ($1 or $2 to cross the water at the Split).
I would definitely recommend this little gem of a retreat in the blue waters of Belize!
Note: This is adjacent to Blu Zen, so parties could stay at both and still be in very close proximity.
