Oct 13, 2026This Hotel did fullfill all our expectations - this Hotel is really well build with a high quality, and rooms are very nice and comfortable. The only thing I could find that could be improved - was the missing hangers in the room :-) every thing else was excellent. thanks for a good stay.

Jul 3, 2026Our first trip to Austria was made even more special by our stay at EST Hotel Palais Chotek. We were surprised to learn this is a brand-new hotel inside a beautiful historic building. Everything felt fresh, spotless, and beautifully designed.
From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Marvin, the concierge, warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and made us feel right at home. The staff was friendly, efficient, and took the time to show us the hotel and explain the amenities.
Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and luxurious. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—even my wife, who usually isn’t a fan of hotel buffets, loved it. Our eight-year-old daughter enjoyed it as well.
If you’re visiting Vienna for the first time, I highly recommend EST Hotel Palais Chotek. Beautiful hotel, outstanding staff, and an unforgettable experience!

Jun 19, 2026Highly recommended. We had a junior suite for 3 adults. Hotel recently renovated and beautifully done. The staircase itself looked like a palace staircase. Small issue with the shower, which can be expected when renovations are done - the staff was very accommodating with extra towels being provided until a fix was done when we were out, and extra room tidy. Nice walk to centre of Vienna and opera, as well as close to restaurants for the evening. We couldn't have hoped for a better stay.

Odamız her gün temizlendi. Odalarda Nespresso kahve makinesi bulunmaktaydı. Otelin konumu Rathaous'a 1.5 km, Stephanplatza 2.5 km civarı yakınlıktaydı, her yere yürüyerek gittik.
