We loved the place because it reminded us of our grandparents homes. The staff was excellent from Front Desk (Hassain) to Breakfast/Housekeeping (Ahchaik, Reman, Azza) As per Breakfast there was a variety and good enough to get you going for the day. The room itself was good too (smart tv, electric kettle w/ tea supplies provided). The location is in the heart of the city making it easy to see all the attractions.

Absolutely loved this place in the Medina, just a few minutes walk from Zeitouna Mosque. It's tasteful and beautifully presented, evocative of times gone by and just like the lovely pictures. Everywhere you look there is something nice to see. We were in a lovely large room and it was a delight to wake and look out at the courtyard and eat on the veranda in fresh air. We were here in February - the Medina was very quiet at night and our room was peaceful. The staff were ready to help - Hassan made sure we got to and from the restaurants in the evening so that we didn't lose our way in the Medina at night. A great spot to explore Tunis and be right at its heart. We'd happily come back!

O Hotel é bastante antigo, mas foi muito interessante ficar em um hotel no meio daquele mercado enorme. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos, a cama é confortável, tinha ar condicionado no quarto e tinha um bom chuveiro, apesar de antigo também. O café da manhã é simples. As portas são um pouco difíceis de abrir e fechar, mas logo acostumamos. A internet dentro do quarto é muito ruim, mas na aérea externa funciona bem. O hotel é bem perto das atrações turísticas, restaurantes e lojinhas. E a mais ou menos 1km da estação de trem que vai para Cartago e Sidi Bou Said. Valeu a pena pelo custo-beneficio. Além disso o quarto também é bem espaçoso.

Muito lindo, hotel mantém a aura da Tunísia local, embora não falássemos nem inglês, nem francês, nem árabe a equipe se esforçava para nos entender. Só falta mesmo um frigobar no quarto para manter a água fresca e gelar algum alimento. No mais perfeito.

Casi nunca hay gente en recepción y en nuestro caso no pudimos desayunar porque a pesar de haber avisado de que nuestro avión salía temprano no nos dejaron nada preparado y a las 7:30h no había nadie en el hotel para ayudarnos

Per la prima volta ho avuto voglia di passare del tempo in hotel invece che andare solo in giro a visitare la città. Sorseggiare un thè nel cortile interno è stato magico. Colazione mista con prodotti locali, letto della suite molto comodo, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Spero di tornare un giorno!
