The condo was very nice, and it is clear that they have done some recent remodeling.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. But when I called regarding the deposit, one staff member told me it had to be paid prior to us arriving and one told me I could pay at the hotel.

Staff were fantastic - so friendly and accomadating. Room and facilities good but glue on the floor from i guess repairs to the floor recently so was sticky and we had to clean ourselves. Needs housekeeping option for long stays - we were 10 days. Would be easily 5 stars otherwise

Although we did not get a 24hr pre registration link to ensure the confirmation of reservation from the property directly… as i reached out upon arrival they had a great fast response and was apple to put my worry to rest! Condo was clean as hell and a nice modern design. Ammenties on point . Very spacious and homey feeling

Upon arrival I checked in and went to my suite, only to find out that it was a queen suite, but I purchased a king suite. But the staff was friendly and helpful to the best of their ability. Other then that I enjoy my stay!

Sadly when I came into my room the toilet was broken and it took them almost 2 days to fix it. I went to front desk about 4 times before someone was finally sent up into my room to fix it. I only stayed for 3 days so more than half of my stay I didn’t have a working toilet.

The staff was amazing.. and the apartment was sufficient. However with 12 people staying the lack of hot water was ridiculous. The tanknis so small that we limited all the kids to 5 minutes. Then had to wait over an hour for the adults. And then 40 minutes between each. Also it was very difficult to evenly cool/heat the rooms. It lacked the extras, decor, blankets towels, etc..
