While the common areas have signs of wear, the room was very clearly recently updated. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Great water pressure and very convenient quiet location and great value. I wish we had time to check out the cool looking restaurant across the street.

After an initial issue, all things were resolved and the staff were so nice. We spent Christmas with them and it was nice to have a home feeling. We were a big group with a Dog and they did very well to accommodate us the best they could. We would come back here again

I got what I paid for
The room was average. A bigger TV would be nice. The floors were very dirty along the walls and tile. The sink area had holes in the walls where a towel rack would go cause there was no towel rack. It also looked like it was partially painted. I saw a flea on one of the hand towel. I only talked to one staff member and he was polite. I got the room at a very reasonable price so I got what I paid for.

Disappointed & Beware Of Pet Fee
This was listed as a pet friendly hotel with no mention of an additional charge per pet in the listing. They charged an additional $20 for our dog. The bathroom looked disgusting with stains or mold around the base of the toilet & shower. Everything looked run down, dated, and plain. The TV was tiny...maybe 21". The remotes didnt work. The steam from the shower sets off the smoke alarm that is placed right outside the bathroom door. There wasn't much water pressure in the shower. The shower seat in the accessible room had screws popping through the top of the seat (thank goodness we didnt need that). There were fake wood floors that didnt appear to be very clean.

The hotel was really dirty. Linen was stained with what looked like blood when we arrived. Electricity went out so we couldnt use lights, tv or fridge. The fridge completely defrosted and we had to throw our food out. Staff wouldnt offer even a partial refund for our stay, but instead tried to claim that there was a “pet stain” on comforter and that they tried to wash it and it wouldn’t come out 😂😂 even IF she had done anything (she one MILLION percent did not) Homie- that doesnt even make any sense. clearly they don’t know how to properly wash laundry. My dog doesnt sleep on beds and was NEVER in there alone. Not even for a split second. she was with us in leavenworth and we literally were only at this nasty hotel to sleep. absolutely will NEVER stay here again.
