To be honest I can’t complaint much for my stay at this hotel because of the price point. However I feel that the cleanliness could be improved and they should have mantainence on the windows in the room freqeuently as the first room I took was open and couldn’t be closed properly.

Hotel close to everything but the room condition was awful. Mould in the bathroom and it was really smelly. We were only staying 2 nights, any longer and I would have changed rooms or hotels. Staff were very pleasant but no englsh speaking staff. We wouldn't stay again if we visit Shenzhen again.

Quite outdated hotel, weirdly high deposit (higher then room rate), old smelly carpets. Not the best area for my liking, shower heads are damaged (the big one pour the water on the ceiling, right where the lights are, so it might even kill you, the smaller shower head is just barely working). Good things are: Big comfortable bed, generous room size.

Very pleased with the Bauhinia overall. No negative comments at all. I really appreciated the early check in, supposed to be at 2 pm but they let us have the room at 10:30 am when we arrived. Breakfast is mostly chinese and very good. Very big room, very pleasant. Very good value for money. And hotel is 5 minutes from a 5 stars supermarket !! We will probably stay there next time, near Lo Hu station. I recommend it with no hesitation!

If you are not loyal to any international brands and looking for reasonable price, this definitely a best choice. Apart from the services, the room is large and clean.

The receptionists spoke English and dealt with a problem I had within 10 minutes. The room was large, clean and well-maintained. I got a room without a window. The bed was rather hard, which is standard for China really. Breakfast in the morning was quite awful, but it was free with my room.
