A hospedagem tem uma boa estrutura e uma localização interessante para quem está de carro, com fácil acesso às praias e demais regiões da cidade. Porém, para quem pretende fazer passeios a pé, a localização não é das melhores, pois fica distante dos principais restaurantes, lojas, feiras e áreas mais movimentadas. Como pontos positivos, a cama é confortável e o chuveiro é muito bom, proporcionando uma estadia agradável. Alguns aspectos, no entanto, merecem atenção. A banheira de hidromassagem não possui opção de água quente, o registro de abertura e fechamento da água apresentava problemas e a área da banheira oferece pouca privacidade, já que fica logo abaixo da área da piscina do condomínio, onde há circulação frequente de pessoas. Além disso, falta iluminação na sacada, o que impossibilita o uso confortável do espaço durante a noite. Também sentimos falta de um local adequado para secar roupas molhadas, tanto na área interna quanto externa do apartamento. A posição da televisão não é muito funcional, pois atrapalha a circulação de quem utiliza a sacada ou sai pelo lado da cama. Outro inconveniente foi com a bicicleta disponibilizada pelo flat. Durante um passeio, a bicicleta apresentou problema mecânico devido à falta de manutenção, com a correia bastante enferrujada. Apesar de imprevistos acontecerem, acabamos perdendo boa parte de uma tarde aguardando o suporte providenciar a retirada do equipamento e resolver a situação.
