10/10 Exceptional
The staff was very courteous. The room was ok clean wise. I love that they have vinyl flooring now but it was a little dirty and there was a framed picture that had been taken off but you could see the broken piece left on the wall. Kind of odd. The amenities were fine. The price and the friendliness at check in, the cleanliness of the breakfast area was also nice.

We arrived for breakfast around 9:00am and there was almost nothing left. The hotel was not prepared for the high occupancy of the thanksgiving holiday. In addition, our keys needed to be reactivated every time we got out of the hotel.

If these are new owners . They should have upgrated the rooms first. Carpet had stains and was very worn in several spots. And did not look as if the floor was vacumed. Were eating breakfast and a roach was crawling up the wall.
Will not be staying there again unless there is a upgrade

The staff was courteous and accommodating. However, I’ve stayed at this property many many times under the former ownership/management and the quality of the rooms has definitely deteriorated. I booked two rooms. One of the rooms was acceptable for a single night stay; the other room had a stained bed covering and the wall lamp was coming apart from the wall. The furniture in both rooms was scratched and battered. I would stay with you again for a single night in and out but would not bring my family or have a longer stay. Sorry
