The lobby is on the 2nd floor and is bright and cheery. 1 box sandwich with 1 coffee allowed for breakfast. Bring instant coffee for your room and request a teapot from reception. Fantastic value. Very close to subway exit. Large queen bed in a room larger than usual for Japan. Had small table with 2 chairs in addition to standard working table. Laundry on site. Only drawbacks is no tea kettle in room or microwave. Free breakfast of half a tonkatsu sandwich and coffee will not fill you. New and very clean hotel. Would stay here again.

You will get a cup of coffee or tea, but no refills. Maybe they shouldn't offer breakfast at all. This limited breakfast really makes overall hotel experience not good for guests.

I had low expectations for this place after reading some comments. However, we were pleasantly surprised. We stayed in 2 rooms so it was nice to have a space at the lobby to just chill and unwind with our group at the end of the day, something that seems uncommon in some hotels we stayed in Japan. There is one male staff that too cold for my liking. Other than that, the rest of staff were nice. Rooms are spacious and clean. Loved their selection of amenities. Good restos available nearby.
