Huone oli muuten tilava, mutta tolppa vaatekaappien ja keittiön edessä vaikeuttivat näiden käyttöä. Parveke olisi voinut olla isompi, jotta olisi ollut käytännöllisempi. Sijainti oli hyvä lähellä rantaa ja iltaisin kävelykaduksi muuttuvan ostoskadun varrella. Mutta silti rauhallinen, eikä huoneeseen kantautunut melua iltaisin/öisin.
