Very friendly, enthusiastic front desk staff. Modern, upbeat with a musical theme - hence Ludwig’s, as in Beethoven. Beautiful grounds, very close to Lake Bolsena and a walking path by the lake. Easy parking. We loved our stay and would book it again.
