Oct 3, 2026Parking - I wouldn't stay here if you need parking. We were unable to get into the carpark due to the steep ramp going in which caused our bumper to scrape. We then had to find a public carpark of which there aren't many and pay for it ourselves. The staff weren't particularly helpful here. We had a VW Passat so I Imagine a lot of of cars will have this issue.
Our room smelled quite bad - luckily the night shift manager was very helpful and moved us to another room on the same level.
