The Good: Great location on a quiet street walkable to entire historic zone. Off street secure parking. The property is beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful. The Bad: The pool equipment was not operating, maybe due to the pool level not being high enough for the skimmer to work. The system ( pump, filter etc) was not turned on. Our room did not have any hot water whatsoever. not good if you need a shower before hitting the road. i would confirm hotel systems an amenities are operating before staying here again.

This little beauty is quintessential Mexican throughout! Arrived late and greeted by staff offering a lovely cup of tea to take off the evening chill. Fruit bowl, bun and cofffee was great the next day. It’s an adorable hotel with great staff!

Pros: Great location—easy to walk everywhere Quiet and relaxing atmosphere Small, charming boutique feel Friendly staff, most speak some English Light breakfast included (fresh fruit, juice, coffee) with additional menu options Cons: Felt “nickel-and-dimed” with extra charges Charged for a broken keychain attached to the room key Charged for a cracked glass that appeared pre-damaged Food stored in the shared fridge (mangoes and yogurt) was taken Breakfast is quite light unless you order additional items Summary: This is a quaint, well-located hotel that offers a peaceful stay and friendly service. However, the experience was somewhat diminished by unexpected extra charges and issues with shared amenities. With a bit more attention to guest fairness and security, this could be a much stronger stay.

It was just okay. Even though I speak Spanish, and it seemed that the staff spoke no English they never explained what was included in the breakfast so I ordered extra, which was not very good. The coffee was very weak. They also insisted that I could not check in earlier than 3 PM however today when I was checking out or left the hotel at 10 AM and I had to go back at 11 AM. The room is already clean and available so why would they not or force me or anyone to wait for extra hours?

Muy limpio todo, camas muy duras para mí gusto, poca presión de agua en la regadera, creo necesitan cambiar porque tenía sarro que no permitía el paso del agua como lluvia. Desayuno, la fruta bien... Solo era eso, fruta, pan de barra con mermelada y café ☕ que nunca estuvo bien.

Algo que estuvo pesimo es que nos cambiaron de casa, nosotros revervamos en Casa Loreto y nos mandaron a una casa 10 minutos de distancia a Casa FIORI. En donde no hay alberca ni jardin. Tampoco tiene arie acondicionado. Nos cambiaron segun ellos para estar mas comodos, pero la realidad es que sobrevendieron las habitaciones. La habitacion que nos asignaron era muy pequeña y la cama no era del tamaño que habiamos elegido. Nos cambiaron a una habitacion que da a la calle donde se pone un taquero toda la tarde noche, se va a las 6 am del dia siguiente. Hay mucho alboroto y no puedes abrir la ventana por los olores y el ruido (por cierto los tacos de costilla estan muy buenos) El estacionamiento no esta en el hotel, es una pension y te conbran 350 por noche. El Valet parking es pesimo en su servicio, se tardaron hasta 1 hr en traer el coche. No te dicen en donde esta la pesion. Una de las noches el coche se quedo en la calle por que no habia valet para recogerlo. Cesar de recepcion nocturno nos ayudo a conseguir un espacio. Se destaco Cesar en su atencion y servicio, No ayudo a conseguir lo que neecesitabamos. Por ejemplo un abanico de pesdestal ya que la habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado, sufrimos mucho de calor. El Desayuno es continental y es muy basico.
