The stay was beautiful with amazing views. The hotel was clean and all amenities were working properly. One thing that took us by surprise was the hotel staff expecting us to clean and leave the hotel in a mopped condition. I’m not sure if this is consistent throughout Switzerland or just property, but we were definitely taken back by this. Despite this, I would return.
