The whole place inside and out was clean. All three of the staff we came in contact with were super nice and helpful. I will definitely put this on my favorites for coming to Temple Texas. Thank you so much!!!

we had a problem with the people above our room on excessive noise but called down to Diana at the front desk and she took care of it . Diana was such a help in general and overal a wonderful person and helpful

Pros: New property, nice and clean.
Friendly staff.
Cons: Rooms not ready upon arrival (4:30pm) and we had to wait in the "breakfast area" over a half hour for our rooms.
It sounded like someone was dragging furniture across the floor all night in the room above us, until after midnight.
Traffic noise is bad.
The rooms have no carpeting, so nothing to muffle the noise.
No toiletries in the bathroom.
No hairdryer in the room (they did bring one when I called)
"Grab and go" breakfast consisted of a few yogurts in the fridge.
Hopefully things will improve.
