We arrived @0430, staff were generous with helping us w bags and walked us to our room--tired. We stayed in Honeymoon suite, Jacuzzi/Shower great, spacious, AirCon worked well, comfy bed. Breakfast was a blend of local fare and European, sweets were made by staff.

Great hotel in a great place
We had a great time at the Gőreme Inn, it's our second time staying there, and Volkan and the staff were all friendly and helpful.
The hotel has a lot of character and is well located being in the centre of Gőreme. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
We stayed 6 days this time, we had planned to hike some of the trails, but the weather was not kind (snow and ice) and many of the paths were not accessible.
Nevertheless Cappadoccia is a fantastic and unique area and I definitely recommend a visit.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. It is close to everything. Compared to other hotels staff was not the most helpful with tours or welcoming. Expensive place for not that great hospitality

Pretty dated property but clean. With the exception of Ali at the front desk, staff were non engaging. Thu would not even offer to take our bags to the room or bring them back. Pictures over promise and under deliver.
Breakfast is included but there’s hardly anything. Omelette is extra.

Great place to stay if visiting the Cappadocia area. Great location, close to Goreme centre, very close to where hot air balloons and caves / tours are. We also went horse riding. There are many other activities nearby too which Goreme Inn and their great staff can help to arrange.
Lovely place and really helpful lovely people. Ali in particular was very helpful and responsive to answer any queries, arrange airport transfer, early check-in. He helped us arrange all our activities. All activities were excellent and with professional people.
Rooms were great. We booked 2 honeymoon suites and they were spacious and had lovely features.
Breakfast was great with a range of options and the 2 ladies were very friendly and helpful.
Ali also gave us a lovely NY gift - small box of yummy chocolates.
Overall it summarised the level of care and personal touch. It felt more like staying with friends than anything.
I would highly recommend and hope to come back if possible in future.

Parte da equipe foi atenciosa mas parte da equipe que estava pela manhã na recepção, nos tratou de forma fria e desagradavel
No quarto falta iluminação.
O roof top estava sem os moveis, não criaram um ambiente confortável para apreciar os balões.

Stanza molto bella ma odore spiacevole muffa o scarichi il giorno della partenza nn abbiamo potuto fare una doccia con la scusa che tt il paese era rimasto senza acqua . In verità solo l’hotel era rimasto senza acqua . Colazione ottima con dolci fatti in casa e personale molto educato

中心地に近いですが、落ち着いた場所にあり安静に過ごす事が出来ました。坂の多い街ですがこのホテルは中心地までほぼ平坦なので坂が億劫なら人におすすめです。
スタッフ皆さんとても丁寧で相談には乗ってくれますし、押し付けがましい売り込みはありません。
庭園の写真は少々綺麗に写りすぎ感ありますが全体的に綺麗でおすすめです。

Volkan bey gitmeden önce bizimle iletişime grçerek her şeyin istediğimiz gibi olması için elinden geleni yaptı. Kahvaltı oldukça güzeldi ve orada çalışan herkes güleryüzlü, nazikti. Otel tertemiz, sessiz, ve konumu çok iyi. Herkese çok teşekkür ederiz.
