Great, new, clean hotel. The staff was very kind and very helpful. Breakfast was good and plenty of room. Outback and Buffalo Wild Wings are within a short walk. Room was very clean and tidy. About a five minute drive off of the interstate. Great stay.

The room was clean and we especially appreciated no carpeting on the floor. For traveling, it was easy on and off the highway. We would definitely stop here again.

The facility was very clean and well-located. The room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good with the usual selections. Upon check-in, the front desk staff member had the most sour attitude. Wouldn't look up, spoke in one or two-word sentences. Looked disgusted the entire time. Sorry she hates her job. Find another one. Other than that, the stay was pleasant. Hub City Diner is within walking distance and is a wonderful place to eat. Great service and amazing food.

Outstanding experience. I wish I would have gotten the front desk clerk’s name, because she was so kind and helpful during the stay. Every time I walked down to the lobby, she was cleaning something or helping someone (including me) and was so kind and informative. The pool area was spotless, the rooms were spotless, and the lobby and gameroom were spotless. I tend to avoid public areas like these due to cleanliness concerns, but here at Tru, I was able to enjoy all of the amenities comfortably. The game room was by far my favorite part. Foosball tables, couches with built in charging ports for electronics, a giant connect 4, and drawers full of board games and crayons. My kids and I relaxed and played games down there for hours. We will definitely be back soon. All of the staff greeted us as we passed, including housekeeping. 5 star experience.

Clean room. Helpful staff. Hot breakfast. Workout center had more equipment than your typical hotel. We were there on a weekday so it appeared most guests had at least one empty room between them which meant noise levels were very low considering the rooms are not carpeted. Would stay again.

Staff was terrible. The eoman who checked me in was annoyed and had an attitude. I didn't get my water or popcorn. I felt like if I asked she might bite my head off. None of the staff were friendly but she was the worst. I had a small piece of something black on the bed when I pulled down the covers so I was look for signs of bedbugs. I didn't find anything else but slept on top of the covers. I've never had a bad experience at a Hilton like this one. Go to the Chambersburg Hilton.
