주변에 편의시설이용은 용이 부대시설 미흡 하지만 주변에 식당가나 편의점 등 상권이 많이 형성되서 불편함은 없었지만 주차공간이 약간 협소한것같음가격은 나름 저렴해서 이용은 크게 불편하지 않았음
