Forest Pines Spa & Golf Resort
"Lovely hotel on the whole & would stay again, the rooms could do with a deeper clean, there was bits of rolled up tissue either side of bedside cabinets and something weird on the floor in the bathroom, room attendant, the next day had got rid of it. Room needs a disposable toilet brush! lovely touch with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion provided, in the bathroom. I paid for the upgrade and it was nice to have a fridge full of goodies, personally i’d have preferred crisps to pretzels. The pod coffees were lovely ❤️ I went for a spa day, I was extremely disappointed tbh, I went into relaxation room, unlike other spa days, I’ve been too, there wasn’t any special drinks in there, just a vat of water! On a board next to it, it said there was infused waters, mentioned to the girl on desk, who came and put some slices of orange and lemon into the container! I had opted for the business revitalise massage, should of been 50 mins, the girl collected me at 11 am, she explained everything, I looked at my phoned before I lay on the bed and it said 11.05, girl disappeared for a further 5mins, Massage actually lasted 34 mins my partner said I should have complained at the time, but as the receptionist was a bit hot and cold! I really didn’t want the confrontation, in front of a busy area. Although, i feel a bit robbed of time, the back massage itself was good! the legs not so good. the robes were a bit worse for wear too. I wouldn’t have another spa day because of this"

Corus St James Hotel Grimsby
"Decent hotel Very clean Helpful staff"
Hex Wildlife Hotel
"Good size rooms, only thing for me was the car park could of been nearer especially if it was raining ☔"
Ibis Hull City Centre
"Very nice budget hotel."
Woodcocks, Lincoln by Marston's Inns
"Apart from a strange noise that came intermittently from either the pipes or the air conditioning, I cannot fault this place. The room was excellent. The quietness of the environment was outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bath was large and comfortable. There was a little wear and tear on the bannisters and newel posts on the stairway but it was clean and not screaming out for immediate redecoration. The room was in excellent condition and the bed was comfortable. A longer duvet would have been nice because I like pulling my bedding over my head. This was not important but just something I'd have liked. The restaurant is what one expects from a chain and quite pleasant enough. Overall, this place is excellent and if you want peace and quiet, outstanding."
The White Swan
"Our room was in a separate building to the pub which was quiet and well kept. The pace had everything you would need for a comfortable night stay. The only thing that I would say was a slight negative was a damp smell in the bathroom. We reserved a table for dinner, they were very busy and advised there was a wait for food but was served earlier than advised was reasonably priced and was of good quality. The only negative thing I can say about the dining experience is they do not serve Guinness! Car park is small but plenty of street parking available and we did not have any issues. In summary this was an extremely well priced comfortable stay with great staff and great food. I would recommend."
