2/10 Poor
I booked and paid for two rooms through Hotels.com, but when I arrived, I was only given one. Even though I showed my confirmation for two rooms, the hotel refused to fix the mistake. I ended up paying double for what I actually received.
On top of that, the hotel is in terrible condition. It is poorly maintained and clearly not looked after. I have tried to complain, but the hotel is completely unresponsive and shows zero interest in correcting their errors. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
