All pets coming to the property must be fully and declared to the property in advance. It is strictly forbidden to allow pets on beds, sofas or armchairs, and feeding pets from dishes intended for human use. If animal hair is found on beds, upholstered furniture or in human dishes, a special cleaning fee of EUR 100 will be charged. For unregistered pets, the daily pet fee will apply plus a penalty of EUR 200 will be charged.

If there is a discrepancy between the number of people booked and the number actually present or staying overnight, a surcharge of EUR 100 per night will be charged for each additional person.

Loud celebrations, parties, loud music or other noisy activities are strictly prohibited in the apartment and throughout the entire building at all times.

Street shoes are not allowed in the apartment; guests may use the provided slippers.

This property has a strict no-smoking policy. Violators will be subject to penalties (EUR 500).
