The bath house / sauna was exceptional.
The workout gym area was essentially non-existent. That is the only downfall.

Jul 10, 2026They charge 2,000 yen ($12/day pp) to use the pool per day per person. i’ve never heard of a Hotel doing this. The listing shows the pool was included so they refunded my charge. Other than that, we really loved the rooms and really loved our stay here. It’s a perfect location for American Village.

Jun 7, 2026It’ was a new and clean hotel. The location was awesome. I wished their TV had some English speaking channels but there was none. We had some issues with our reservation due to the language barrier but it worked out at the end. The rooms are much cheaper if you book on line. In addition they will only clean your room if you ask them. I thought the breakfast buffet was a bit pricey

Jun 9, 2026Beautiful new property that just opened in April 2026. Lots of helpful staff around at all times. The room was very large and we had the view of the American Village and beach with was amazing at night. There was a balcony with chairs that you could sit and admire the night lights. Room was perfect for a family as there were walls that you could roll shut for extra privacy and quiet.
Parking was free and it was an electronic parking building which kept the car safe. Location was perfect as it was right across the street from the American Village. There was many restaurants within walking distance and a 7/11 nearby.
You do have pay a fee to use the pool. I didn't use it as we went to the beach. Note: a car is almost an absolute necessity as you'd miss a lot of what the island has to offer without one.
I would absolutely look forward to staying here again.

May 20, 2026The hotel is new and built where the old Ferris wheel used to be. The property itself is nice, modern, and in a great location. However, I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for the lounge access, as it only included water, juice, and inexpensive wine. You can still enjoy the upstairs lounge/bar atmosphere without purchasing the package.
The staff were soft-spoken, but at times it felt like they were walking on eggshells in the lobby environment. While one team member were very helpful (the foreigner) overall customer service could use improvement to better match the quality of the property.
Overall, it’s a nice hotel with potential, but the service experience didn’t fully meet expectations.

Jun 25, 2026A wonderful stay overall. The hotel is modern, conveniently located, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. The only area for improvement would be the check-in process, which was a little slow. A smoother and faster check-in experience would make the stay even more enjoyable.
