O quarto estava em reforma, mas não concluída. O banheiro não tinha ganchos para pendurar toalhas, o chuveiro no primeiro dia estava frio. Só funcionou no dia seguinte. Barulho a noite inteira tinha uma tv ligada. Barulho da rua o tempo todo. O senhor proprietário muito simpático e bem relacionado, mas o local precisa de mais cuidados.
