Aug 26, 2026This new hotel was spotless and very very comfortable. And it is only a few steps from the Casino. Highly recommended. Kudos to Carly at the front desk. Check in was handled as well as anyone could handle it, including a quick tour of the amenities.

Aug 15, 2026Hotel and Casino were both beautiful, clean. Staying on the first floor made it so convenient for my husband and I to navigate being that we suffer from knee problems and arthritis. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. You will Love It

Aug 11, 2026Room was nice and clean. The only complaint I have, our TV wasn't working 90% of our stay. Probably from the storm, but still sucked.

Jul 1, 2026Hannah and Gilber were amazing as well as all of the other staff. We had a little
Glitch through Travelocity but they went above and beyond to get it fixed and get us in a room. We even got an upgrade to a suite. The shower… Omg the shower was heaven, 3 different heads and all worked at once. We will definitely be back k for another stay whenever we pass through.

Aug 20, 2026Room and staff were very good. However, adjust the thermostat before going to bed. There was a loud fan that didn’t shut off. I got up at 2:30 and adjusted it to get it to shut off and cool down.
And the restaurant breakfast pancakes were not good. Bad after taste like a cleaning chemical of some sort. Very pricey breakfast. Not close to being worth it.
8/10 Very good

Jul 9, 2026While the room and everything was very clean it seems like maybe it was so new that they didn't have everything figured out so we had a little bit of issue with dining options, using the TV, and finding the front door 🤔 we ended up parking in the casino parking lot because there were parking barriers up where the GPS told us to go and there were no signs pointing to the hotel entry. But it was very clean and comfortable.

Jul 7, 2026Everyone was very friendly, and the service was excellent. When I requested extra water, it was brought up to my room quickly, which I really appreciated. The only disappointment was that I had specifically requested a city-view room, but I was given a suite without the city view. While the suite itself was nice, I wasn’t informed at check-in that it didn’t have the requested view, so I didn’t realize until I got to the room. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I wish there had been better communication about the room assignment.

Jul 7, 2026Hollywood casino hotel is new so everything was nice and clean. Shot out to Fibianna and Vincent at the front desk. Both were very friendly, hopefully and willing to help. I had a king room which was spacious. Beautiful bathroom with great water pressure. I didn't use the gym but it seemed to have everything nor did I eat at the Hill restaurant. Mainly because I didn't see anything on the menu I liked. I also thought the price for a night was reasonable. The casino is just that a casino. To many penney machines and table games. Overall, it was a choice. Would recommend!

Jun 20, 2026New property so everything was very nice. Hotel Staff in particular were friendly and very professional. With the exception of the pitt boss at one of the tables in casino. We asked if he could help us get a new players card ..he grabbed my license..said yeah and tossed it on the table behind him never looked up..finally came back to us 10 minutes later..wow very rude ..but as mentioned he was the exception.

Aug 7, 2026Easy self parking (valet is $20 dollars), check in was smooth and Rita was very nice. Asked for a 1st floor room and was able to get one. Room was very clean and loved the bathroom. Walk to the casino is short and easy to manage. Casino is bright and energy was great. Walk up food court and sit down restaurants both inside and outside the casino. Did not eat on the property but found prices to be a little on the high side at the sit down restaurants when I checked the menu. So quite a few people with small coolers. Overall a good visit and enjoyed the room and casino and highly recommend.

Jul 2, 2026This hotel was the cleanest I’ve stayed in during my adult life. The staff was happy to answer questions and Rita went out of her way to welcome us to the hotel and show us around. And, since it was a hotel and casino we were able to find a way to occupy free time whenever we wanted to. Loved my experience at this hotel!

Jun 30, 2026This place was fun, great amenities, just the right ambiance throughout the hotel to distract you from the fact that you were in a casino too. We enjoyed ourselves and appreciated the hospitality.
