The staff we're very communicative, we got stuck in Bali from the Dubai problem and they we're so helpful, they let us stay at a discounted rate, cleaned the room everyday and changed towels etc, pool area is great, not a perfect location but can get online taxis easily, great for kids as pangolin kids club next door
