"From the beginning the staff made this place a quick favorite. They were so friendly and helpful and made it feel so welcoming. This hotel is older so some of the features lean a little towards that; however that would not keep us from visiting again. The outdoor patio area was super cute with fire pits and chairs. The pool area was large and included a towel and amenities hut and a Tiki Bar with drinks and snacks. The area surrounding was full of nice seating and tables. Then as you head to the beachfront there is a pergola area with plenty of seating. The walk to the beach is short and lands you in a beautiful spot. We did try the restaurant our first night and all raved about the meals we got. The hotel offers a free shuttle downtown which we did not use but felt it was a great amenity. Finally there is some nice shopping in the lobby! Perfect for little souvenirs or odds and ends."
