My stay at My Khe Beach Hotel in Da Nang turned into one of the most pleasant hotel experiences I’ve had — largely because of the amazing staff.
When I first arrived, I was greeted by Ms. Suong at reception. After my first night, I asked about changing rooms, and she went far beyond what I would ever expect from customer service. She handled my request with kindness, patience, and professionalism, personally ensuring everything was taken care of. What could have been a small concern quickly turned into a wonderful experience because of her care and attention.
The entire front desk team is exceptional. During the busy Chinese Lunar New Year period, I had a stressful situation with a malfunctioning ATM machine. The staff genuinely stepped in to help me find a solution so I could access funds. Their willingness to help during a difficult moment meant more than I can properly express — I am truly grateful.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect — only a short walk to Da Nang Beach, yet set back far enough from the main road to remain quiet and relaxing. It really is a 10/10 location.
What stands out most about this hotel is the people. They turned what could have been an average stay into a memorable one through genuine hospitality and care.
I fully plan to return next year and sincerely hope to see the same wonderful team again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Da Nang.
