We had a great stay, the property was clean, quiet they are still adding some amenities however we were able to access the Jacuzzi’s, the swimming pool, which was heated a sauna. We will definitely be back.

This was a unexpected surprise..The place is beautiful and spotless. The room was all newly remodeled to perfection and the bed was amazingly comfortable!! The pools were spotless and very well maintained. This place will now be our go to in Desert Hot Springs!!! A little off the main strip but definately worth it!!

The place was very quiet and nice but the hotel said they had a bathtub and they don’t have any bathtubs
They did not clean my room and provide clean towels
I had to ask for them
They do not provide pool towels
I think they could improve their overall service

The pics are much better than the room. My floor was coming up and it tripped me. I felt like I was camping inside. Lots of bugs and a chirping cricket most of the night. The AC unit was so loud. Get a new one please. WiFi is too slow to stream. Email speeds only. I suggest staying on the top floor. You hear every footstep if you’re on bottom floor.
