I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was absolutely unacceptable. The hotel was shockingly dirty from the moment I walked in. The floors were sticky, the bathroom had visible grime, and the bedding looked like it hadn’t been properly washed. To make matters worse, there were crawling insects in the room — not just one, but multiple. That alone made it impossible to relax or sleep comfortably.
The furniture was in terrible condition. Chairs were unstable, drawers were broken, and parts of the bed frame looked damaged and unsafe. It felt neglected and poorly maintained overall.
Cleanliness and basic upkeep are the minimum expectations when booking a hotel, and this property failed completely on both. I would not recommend staying here to anyone until serious improvements are made.
