We booked this property from Monday 29th June to Sunday 5th July, we arrived a little early thinking we could go to a restaurant or something and have a spot of lunch or something before we checked in, when we got there, there was nothing around it, no restaurant, supermarket nothing and as stated by the hotel it was not a 17 minute walk to the St George’s beach . It was red hot and I popped to the property next door to ask if we could kindly sit in their hotel bar as my mum is 77 yrs old. Fri there we had a birds eye view of the property. I contacted them as this was not what we expected and asked for our money back they refused and told me they would be there is 45 minutes, in the meantime contacted Expedia to express my concerns and asked for our money back. They agreed we should get is and was going to fight for it. Around 2pm I went to the property as we hadn’t seen anyone arrive knocked on doors went around the back shouted nothing (30 mins after they said they would be there). By 2.39 Expedia team told us to get a taxi back to get Lunch as we hadn’t wasted due to early ferry and they would fight to get our money. As we left we saw cleaners just starting. They refused a refund. Thursday 3 days before we were due to check out they sent me a check out email and asking for a review. So they took 6 nights and only had us checked in for 3 nights and still refusing to refund the 3 nights we paid for. Shocking experience. See photos I took from the outside. Run down and bad!

Lovely but far from town. I arrived and could not find it. It is not marked on the main road and no one was there. I had to go to another property and that owner called my owner for me. Not ideal
