I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel description and photos on Expedia are very misleading. The location, condition of the property, and the amenities were nothing like what was advertised. The room and facilities were poorly maintained, broken, and not clean. Several items in the room were not functioning properly, and the overall condition of the property felt neglected and run down. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff, who were rude and unhelpful when concerns were raised. Basic customer service and hospitality were completely lacking. This property seriously needs major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and staff training. I would strongly advise travelers to look elsewhere before booking.
