Jul 28, 2026The staff communicate with the guests via WeChat. The communication was smooth. The breakfast selection was good. They're fresh. They have a barista behind the coffee station asking your favorite cup of joe with fresh ground coffee. We had a great experience here for myself and my grown teens.

Oct 19, 2026Excellent hotel, conveniently located in the middle of the city. Walking distance or quick DiDi ride to Taikoo Li/Chunxi Road/Anshun Bridge, People's Park/Chengdu Museum or Wenshu Monastery.
Had a Deluxe room for 6 days and it was a comfortable and welcoming place to unwind. New, plenty of space, good view and quiet but efficient A/C.
Super helpful staff, who will help you with all your needs or questions, mostly by translating on their phone (quite standard in China). Housekeeping on 30th floor was exemplary. The room was spotless and completely replenished with great attention to detail - every single day. We have stayed at countless 4- and 5-star hotels over the years, but have rarely seen such attention to detail. Very well done!!

Sep 22, 2026A wonderful stay! The customer service at Yebo Junting Hotel (Chengdu Chunxi Road Taikoo Li) was exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive and genuinely thoughtful, always responding promptly to guests' needs and consistently going the extra mile.
From check-in to departure, their attention to detail and genuine care made me teel truly welcomed and well looked after. Professional service with a personal touch that made my Chengdu stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! the breakfast is excellent.
